Fourteen Community - Mid Rhondda

Mid Rhondda is an area in Rhondda Cynon Taff, based around the Rhondda Fawr Valley including the places of Tonypandy, Trealaw, Penygraig, Dinas, Clydach and Llwynypia. As a Communities First area, Mid Rhondda has been identified as severely deprived. However the many voluntary and community groups in the area are working to turn this around, and with the help of Fourteen the community will be building on its existing values to create and maintain new activities for local people.

In June 2015, the Mid Rhondda Panel awarded grants to 6 community groups totalling £8,620.
